CANCELATION POLICY
• This event happens RAIN or SHINE. In the case of rain we will provide a couple of market tents for extra shelter.
• Wildfire smoke is only grounds for a refund when the BC Air Quality Health Index rating is seven or more.
• Cancel 45 days before event ~ forfeit the deposit
• Cancel 30 days before event ~ forfeit 50% of the balance
• Cancel 15 before the event ~ forfeit the total amount
• Exceptions may be considered for exceptional life circumstances, or proof of illness.
• Full refund if the event is canceled by the organizer.
